Our kitchen is located in Troy, New York and we serve the greater Capital Region.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?

We use as many local and organic ingredients as possible. We are very proud of our flours which are grown by organic farmers from Michigan, Illinois and our very own, New York State. Some of our cookies are made with organic heirloom flour, which we are very proud of. Our eggs are free-range and organic, our butter is organic and our sugar is organic and fair trade.

WHAT ARE LIMITED EDITION BAKES?

Every two weeks, we feature two delicious items that are only available for 2 weeks! So be sure not to miss out on your favorites! But don't worry, we rotate our menu, so your favorite is sure to come back!

​DO YOU BAKE FOR OFFICE MEETINGS AND EVENTS?

Yes! We love to help make sure your business, school or church meeting is a success! We deliver our website's Limited Edition Bakes FRESH and just in time for your event! 

 

DO YOU BAKE ANYTHING GLUTEN FREE?

Yes! A couple of our recipes are made without gluten, such as our Ultimate Brownies and Raspberry Crumble Bars. We're always trying new recipes, so more are sure to come! Since most of our products are not gluten-free, if you have a severe allergy to gluten, we would recommend you not order from us. Thank you for understanding.
